Zhang baojun, male, born in May 1960, in the shaanxi hu county family. Master, professor, postgraduate teacher. He graduated from the agricultural department of northwest agricultural university in July 1983, received a master's degree in agriculture from northwest agricultural university in July 1994, and worked in 1983.
