(Bilingual Teaching)

the title of course:  Agro-ecology

1.  Introduction of Agro-ecology

1.1     Characteristics of the course

The course attempts to distil the key concept of ecology and agro-ecology to the students either as a specialty subject as a subsidiary subject. The course will mainly include following 14 chapters consisted of two parts. The first part consisted of 7 chapters dealt with the basic concepts and principles of ecology and some application aspects of ecosystem. The second part comprised chapter 7 mainly pays an attention to the agriculture ecology and sustainable management in China

1.2    Main purposes and tasks of the course

The course is designed to give graduates comprehensive coverage of the theory and practices of agriculture ecology. And after finishing the course, the students are able to utilize the basic theories and methods of agro-ecology to guide agro-ecology technology.
